Sivakumar (Shiva) Hariharaiyer has over 2 decades of experience in technology, data and AI led business transformation in the Retail & Consumer verticals. He started his professional career in Consulting - leading large technology transformation programs across E-commerce, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Supply Chain and Marketing functions. As a Senior Partner, he was responsible for managing 100+ Million USD in annual P&L, working with Fortune 100 clients and leading global teams of 1000+ associates. Over the last decade, he successfully incubated and scaled AI-based SaaS products (ranging from Customer Data Platform and Personalization solutions to Retail and Restaurant Analytics) into multi-million-dollar ARR businesses.
He has served as a senior executive at Infosys, Cognizant and Algonomy and his professional experience spans work with segment leaders like Gap, L Brands, Victoria’s Secret, Kroger, Yum Brands, Sysco, eBay and Comcast. A highly collaborative and personable leader, his customers value him as a trustworthy advisor and credible partner who focuses on building successful, long-term partnerships that deliver tangible, measurable business results.
Outside of work, Shiva is a devoted family man and an avid sports fan. He enjoys running, playing tennis and listening to music. And by his own admission, a late bloomer in adventure & endurance sports (recently did a 142-ft bungy jump and completed his first half-marathon)! He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
