Company Planning and Merchandise Operation functions for store, ecommerce and outlet organization. Keith was a key member of the Chico's brand executive

leadership team leading projects in strategic planning, store operations, budgeting, real estate, marketing, etc. Chico's achieved reduced inventory targets and improved

margin rate while improving comparable sales trend by +400 bps. Led international retail business for Chico's brand.

SVP Planning, Allocation, Finance and Operations, Soma Intimates

Keith managed the largest home office Soma Intimates team of 50+ associates. Key Soma

executive team member leading projects in strategic planning, real estate, marketing, operations, etc. Chico's FAS executive sponsor for RFID implementation and JDA

Demand and Fulfillment implementation. Soma achieved 19 consecutive quarters of positive sales comps and improved profit by +$25M. Soma sales growth over

+400%.

Keith has held executive positions at retailers at Victoria's Secret, and Circuit City Stores. His responsibilities have included leadership roles in

planning, allocation, finance, store operations and project management.

Consulting Experience: Keith started his consulting business in 2016 and his clients include Signet Jewelers, Bare Necessities, David’s Bridal, Petco, etc.
